My Beloved Toaster

24/04/2013 17:04

My family bought a toaster when I was five. It was red in color, it had two cute little buttons on its right hand side. You can check out this here. These buttons were my best friends when I was five. I used to play with them every day when my mother prepared my breakfast in the morning. I think this is the best toaster my family has until now.

It toasted nice bread which I loved most. However, my mother would say the same thing whenever she toasted bread for me. "Hey, stop pushing those buttons my dear, it will burn your fingers" that was what my mother used to shout at me when I tried to push the buttons down while the toaster was toasting bread. The buttons would jump up once the timer rang. I liked the sound. It meant I could have my toasted bread with butter in just a second.

This red little toaster accompanied my family till today and it function well too even though it already 18 years old. I love this antique toaster and it accompanied me throughout my childhood. Look here for info.

An Affordable Bread Maker

If you are looking for an affordable bread machine that bakes great bread, I suggest you get the West Bend Hi-Rise Bread Maker. It retails at $90 and for the price of it, it is pretty worth it. It has great value needless to say.

This best bread machine bakes bread in a horizontal position so it comes out as that old fashion bread which is taller than the regular commercialized bread we eat nowadays. It has features like dual mixing paddles and etc. This bread machine is very easy to use; you barely need to read the manual before operating it.

Everything is with a push of a button. This bread machine can bake breads up to four different loaf sizes which are small, medium, large and extra-large. Well, there are few complaints on this particular model such as the bread will stick to the pan if not greased properly and the mixing paddles will leave a huge hole in the middle of the bread. So, to avoid that, you'll need to grease it well and take the paddle out before baking.
